What to know before you apply申请前须知
- Credit, not cash. It is applied only to eligible software development fees and is never paid out.是抵扣，不是现金。额度只用于抵扣合资格的软件开发费用，不会发放现金。
- RM10,000 is the ceiling, not a guarantee. The amount is set by individual assessment and confirmed in the written offer.RM10,000 是上限，不是保证。实际金额经逐案评估后，在正式 offer 中确认。
- The credit may not cover the whole project. Any balance is agreed in writing before work starts.额度未必涵盖整个项目，差额在开工前通过协议约定。

From application to working software从申请到软件上线

Build, test, pilot开发、测试、试行
We develop and test the agreed solution. You then run a six-month pilot and share feedback. Ownership passes to you when the pilot is completed.我们开发并测试约定方案，随后由贵公司试行六个月并提供反馈。试行完成后，所有权转归贵公司。

Ending the pilot early提前终止试行
If you end the required pilot without our written consent, the software is deactivated and ownership reverts to AGBTECH CONSULTING, as set out in the project agreement. Will I automatically receive RM10,000?我会自动获得 RM10,000 吗？
No. RM10,000 is the maximum. Any amount is decided by individual assessment and confirmed in a written offer. Applications do not guarantee approval, and availability is limited.不会。RM10,000 是上限，实际金额由逐案评估决定，并在正式 offer 中确认。申请不保证获批，名额有限。
Do I need to know how to develop software?我需要懂软件开发吗？
No. You explain the business problem and the outcome you want. We assess the technical requirements and the right solution.不需要。您只需说明业务问题和期望成果，技术需求和合适的方案由我们评估。
Can every type of software project qualify?所有类型的软件项目都符合资格吗？

What if my project costs more than the credit?项目费用超出额度怎么办？
The extra cost is agreed in writing and paid by you under the accepted quotation. Recurring costs such as hosting, domains, licences and subscriptions are excluded unless agreed otherwise in writing.超出部分通过协议约定，并按已接受的报价由您支付。主机、域名、授权和订阅等持续性费用不在额度内，另有协议约定者除外。
What if my application is incomplete?申请资料不齐全会怎样？
All required documents and information must reach us within 7 calendar days of applying. If anything is missing after that, the application lapses automatically.所有所需文件与资料须在申请后 7 个日历日内送达。逾期仍有缺漏的，申请自动失效。
Who owns the finished software?完成的软件归谁所有？
During the six-month pilot, AGBTECH CONSULTING retains ownership. Once you complete the pilot in line with the project agreement, ownership passes to your business automatically. Maintenance and support after the pilot are not included. If you would like us to continue, we will agree the arrangement with you at that time.六个月试行期间，软件所有权归 AGBTECH CONSULTING。您按项目协议完成试行后，所有权自动转归贵公司。试行结束后的维护与支持不包含在内，若您希望我们继续提供，届时再与您协商安排。
What happens to my business data?我的业务数据会如何处理？
Information you submit is used to assess your application and is handled in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and our privacy notice. Data protection duties for the pilot are set out in the project agreement.您提交的资料用于评估申请，并依据《个人资料保护法令》(PDPA) 及我们的隐私通告处理。试行期间的数据保护责任在项目协议中列明。
What happens if I end the pilot early?如果提前终止试行会怎样？
The six-month pilot is a commitment on both sides. If you stop using the software, or end the pilot without our written consent, the software is deactivated and ownership stays with AGBTECH CONSULTING, as set out in the project agreement. Programme terms计划条款
The Software Development Grant is subject to eligibility requirements, assessment, availability, written approval and the applicable terms and conditions. AGBTECH CONSULTING may amend or discontinue the programme, but terms already accepted in a written offer are not affected. Website design and development, landing page and e-commerce projects are not eligible. All deliverables, fees, exclusions, pilot requirements and ownership conditions are governed by the written offer, project agreement and official programme terms.
