Recently, I received a message that felt both warm and unexpected. Mr. Bryan from the Malaysia Relief Agency (MRA) reached out to learn more about how we offer free technical support.
There was no heavy formality. No sales pitch. Just a simple and genuine curiosity to understand what we do. So, I arranged to visit their office and meet him in person.
We had a great conversation. They shared some of the technical issues they’ve been facing, and I explained how we usually support organizations like theirs. It wasn’t a business presentation. It was just two people having an honest exchange, both willing to listen and understand.
By the end of our meeting, there was no formal agreement or next step locked in. But we both walked away with a sense that something meaningful might grow from this.
I like this kind of pace. No pressure, no rush. Just letting things unfold naturally. Some connections don’t need to be pushed. If they come from a sincere place, time will take care of the rest.
I genuinely look forward to the possibility of working with MRA. Even if it’s just a small bit of tech support, when it’s done with heart, it can still make a real difference for those doing important work.
